We are a small family business from Santorini, managing our two properties ourselves.

Annafani Villas has a truly unique character and history linked to the tradition and heritage of Santorini. The fact that the house is located in Pyrgos, a village with such an important cultural value, adds further charm and interest. It belonged to our grandmother Anna, who lived there with her sister Fani. So that’s where the name came from. It is a traditional house in the medieval village of Pyrgos. Pyrgos was declared a cultural heritage monument by UNESCO in 1995.

We renovated Annafani villas respecting the traditional architecture with new and durable materials without spoiling its appearance. In the courtyard of the house you will find the old cistern where they used to collect rainwater and the old cooking shed. But you will also find a lovely heated jacuzzi for your relaxation.

Annafani villas offers a wonderful combined experience of tradition and modern luxury that undoubtedly impresses guests. It combines the architectural aesthetics of the island with modern and luxurious service. The villa has two bedrooms with independent entrances for each and two luxurious bathrooms. It can accommodate up to 5 guests.

It has air conditioning, flat screen satellite TV, free wifi in all areas, free toiletries, hairdryer and iron. Also fridge, espresso coffee machine with free capsules, kettle, microwave, equipped kitchen with all necessary kitchenware.

Annafani Villas offers a truly unique and welcoming accommodation experience. You will receive a friendly welcome with complimentary bottled local wine, cookies and other treats. You will be able to relax on the terrace with its magnificent views and watch the magnificent caldera and sunset. You can also relax in your private Jacuzzi. If you want you can walk around the village and visit some of the taverns or restaurants and cafes.
